My goals are:
#1 Be self confident
and #2 Have at least one decent (or better) boyfriend before I'm 17.
I've never had a real boyfriend. But this goal will be more like a subconsious goal. The reason is because I swear guys have a sixth sense about girls who want boyfriends and avoid those girls. So I'm not going to be clingy and desperate, I'm going to be really happy and confident. Mostly for me of course. It's not all for a guy. :)

Sophomore (10th grade) year! Cons and Pros
Pros - Sophomore year is so much better than freshman year! The classes are easier and better! The people in my classes are better! Everything is better! For now, anyway. I hope it stays great.
Cons -There's this annoying senior who is on the varsity football team and is also in my Introduction to Food Preparation and Hospitality class. It's not that I hate football, I just don't particularly like it too much because the guys that play it in high school are usually full of themselves and big rude jerks. I almost got ran over by this one football guy in class. I mean I'm a girl not another guy on the field - GET A CLUE. And not only that this guy I barely know on the JV football team called me dude. I'M NOT A DUDE! If this guy was my friend and I knew he was teasing me, I would be fine with him calling me dude. But I just met him about a week ago! (Personally, when a guy I don't know well is calling me "dude", I automatically think he is purposely insulting my femininity.) I'm a girly girl. And not only that, I'm straight.
Other than those two jerks, everything is great. I really like all of my teachers! :)

Hair Dyeing?
Yes, probably. A probability of about a 76% chance that I will dye my hair before the summer is over. But I got some tips from my sister. She helped me out trying to pick a good color for me. So, she said that I would be the best with a light golden red, or a light golden brown. First, I'm going to dye my hair light golden red (with semi-perm dye). And when it washes out, I'm dyeing it light golden brown. I hope it works out. I really wanted to dye my hair light neutral brown. Maybe I'll do that next year, or in the next 6 months or so.
The Zenon Movies!
The Zenon movies were great. I love Zenon's vocabulary: "Will you ice?", "Zetus Lepitus", and "Mega stellar". Those movies are just awesome. I think my favorite one is the second one. Here they are in order; Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century, Zenon the Zequal, and Zenon Z3. They are Disney movies, so there's nothing dirty or anything like that.
The 90s
I was born in 1995. Altough, I do remember a LOT from the 90s. I really miss the 90s. I love the music from the 90s. The 90s were totally awesome. Even though I was only alive for 5 years of it. My sister, was born in '90, and saw more of the nineties than I did.
Really, the only reason why I remember so much is that my Dad recorded tapes of movies and shows in the 90s. They had commercials and songs on them that just totally beat the crap that's out there today.
Like rock, pop, and other genres of music. The 90s style is just so much better than today's, in my opinion. I wish I could have lived in more of the 90s.
But now we have all this technology stuff, and that's really great. I love the cell phones and the iPods and the iPad and stuff like that. Yep. To me, the music, shows, movies, ads, commercials today just don't come close to the 90s.

"Friends"
You know that feeling you get when you make some friends that seem real? Like these people understand you and accept you for who you are? Like you can be yourself around them? Hopefully, they really are good friends. I have had a lot of "friends" stab me in the back. I just realized today that I had some friends like that.
At first, I ignored the fact that they were looking at each other with strange eyes when I was around. I didn't want to believe they were nasty girls.
Then, I noticed when I was alone with either one of them, they talked about one another behind their backs. So I figured they talked about me behind my back, too.
And today, I heard them talking about me. I don't have a clue why I hung out with them all these years. I always knew they were dramatic gossiphounds who had too much of the gift of gab.
I know the reason why I hung out with them. There were no other teens to talk to. My dad says that I don't have to go to my stepmother's family's parties. Then my stepmother butts in and says I have to go. I practically waved it in her face that I really was NOT looking forward to going. I was not feeling good, because it was the "special" time of the month.
But I had to go anyway. Her redneck family doesn't even talk to me. So, next time I don't want to go to a party, I won't. I'll be a pain in the ass.

"Legit"
"Legit" is a popular word now at my school and it's getting on my nerves. It means right or relevant or something, but people are using it way too much now. People can be so unoriginal in high school. It's so annoying. Does anyone else have this legite problem?

Algebra-Using The Product Rule With Multiple Variables
I HATE using the product rule with mutiple variables online. I had to do this one problem and it went exactly like this:
4c^6(w^7)(20c^9)(w)
and then I simplified it with the product rule and here's what it simplified out to
80c^15(w^7)(w)
I clicked on "Done" and it said I was not finished the problem. So, I simplified it again and again until I had simplified eight times. And it stayed 80c^15(w^7)(w). If I had made a mistake, the expression would have been outlined in red. But the program is saying it's right, I just need to keep simplifying until I'm dead and gone.
Maybe it's me, or maybe it's the program. I have no idea. But I really hate using the product rule with multiple variables.

Gilmore Girls
This is the best romantic comedy show I have ever seen! It's not stupid like some dramatic small town shows. This is a very heartwarming and funny show. Definitely family material! Lorelai and Rory kind of remind me of my mother and me. I think that's one of the reasons why I like this show so much. I would recommend to watch Gilmore Girls to anyone!

Girl Friendship Phonyness
I think that girls have about 3 categories of girl friends. Of course girls have guy friends, too, but this blog is about girl friends. There's #1 Best Girl Friends, #2 Good Girl Friends, and #3 Girl "Friend(s)"/Girl(s) That You Talk To Sometimes If Your Good Or Best Friends Aren't Around. Girls think mean comments in their head about what the girl(s) say that they talk to if her better friends aren't around. A girl will be talking with her "friend" and think Oh my god, she is such a whiner. God, can't she just shut up? Or they think Ew her hair looks awful today but then they say "Your hair looks so great today!"
All girls have at least one girl they do that to. You know you do. I do it to one girl "friend". I do it because she's not a very trustworthy person. She's a gossip hound but I like to say nice things to her so I don't get on her bad, rumor spreading side.

The Origin of the Pulled Down Pants
You know how some guys wear their pants with half of their butts hanging out? You know who you are. Well here is the real, true origin of that. I heard it from my math teacher whom heard it from a student that did an essay on the origin of the pulled down pants trend.
The trend first started in prison. I don't know when in time it started, but here's how it happened. The pants that the prisoners wore could be pulled down. The males that pulled their pants down were for other male prisoners to "enter" their backside.
Yeah, you really did just read that. It's the honest truth.

Men & Love
Most men have large shoes to fill. Have you ever been hanging out with your boyfriend/fiance/husband and his buddies and they all (including your boyfriend/fiance/husband) started talking about inappropriate things in front of you like porn, sexual manly pride, etc? Grown men should know that's a big turn-off. But teenage guys aren't as relevant because they're learning about female morals.
And you know what else it a big turn-off and a possible break up cause? When your guy treats you like dirt when you're stressed out for a good reason. If you're with a guy like that, most likely you're wasting your time.
And even if we girls think we can change our cheating and/or abusive men, nope, not really. Most likely, the guy is not going to change. Who said so? Oprah Winfrey.
And a pet peeve of mine is that some guys have a thing called a "swag". A swag is when a guy rocks back and forth sideways when he walks. It's usually the gangster wannabes that do this swag thing, or really macho guys. But it gets on my nerves so much that I often make fun of them with my friends.
